MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Ryans Coffee Roasters

Meet Ryan Noh of Ryans Coffee Roasters in Seoul, Korea. Ryans Coffee Roasters imports and distributes green coffee, as well as roasting and selling to shops, restaurants, businesses, and individuals who recognize and love quality coffee. Ryan runs his business himself with the help of one staff member and 2 freelancers. He started with 2 locations – one for roasting and one coffee shop, but has reorganized into one location that gives his customers everything they want in one stop.

Ryans has been a member of ACE for 6 years. He believes that ACE and COE set the standard for specialty coffee. By participating in COE events as a juror and purchasing COE coffee through the auction, it has helped Ryan build a global wide network and take the lead in setting the trend for specialty coffee in his market.
