Los Favoritos is back to showcase the Greatest’s (Coffee) Hits from both Nicaragua and Honduras. After a resounding success of their revived private auction, Los Favoritos, in 2021 the Mierisch family are back and ready to share with the world their new and classic (coffee) hits. Volume VI will take place on June 1st, 2023 and will showcase for the first time the greatest hits from both Nicaragua and Honduras.
Fincas Mierisch seeks to highlight the unique diversity found amongst their personalities, origins, varieties, and processes. “We’ve received so many amazing comments from our previous PCA in 2021, that following a low production year in 2022, we’re excited to get back in the groove and pump out some fun, funky, and clean coffees” said Managing Director, Eleane Mierisch, who’s family has been farming coffee in Nicaragua since 1908 and in their adoptive home of Honduras since 2011.
