From Marcala, one of the most famous coffee regions in Honduras , Carmen fulfilled his dream to become a special coffee farmer and win Cup of Excellence. Her husband is also a coffee farmer and since they are together she began working in the coffee sector and began to grow coffee with her husband. Carmen and her husband are a good team, she is in charge of the picking and dried process while her husband makes the depulping process. Together, they work very hard to give their two little children more than a heritage, they want to convey their passion for coffee.
