Every morning the hawk opens its wings and extends them over the coffee plantation that is why our farm is named EL HALCÓN. This farm is planted with Caturra variety and does not have much shade; this allows for greater hours of light in this micro lot. To ensure traceability and the quality of our cherries we taught the coffee collectors to pick up only ripe cherries and to be very careful with the milling process. This is the third year being among the finalists of Costa Rica Cup of Excellence.
