This farm was bought 10 years ago and its name El Cedral was given because of the trees that you could find on it, Cedars - Cedros. All the family, Calderón Castillo, works on the mill and farm taking care of different tasks. The picking of the coffee is done by Panamanian indigenous that come to Costa Rica for the harvest from January to April. The variety found on this farm are: Villalobos and Caturra.
