VALVERDE ABARCA This farm is located in the Tarrazu Region, at 1700 meters above sea level, it started as beans farm, nevertheless, by three consecutive generations 1 hectare has been destined to produce caturra and catuai coffee varieties. The mechanism to control the weeds is manual, there are not applied herbicides, nevertheless fertilizers are used, and as method of conservation of grounds the terraces are used.
