Finca la Lagunilla - Andres Martinez Leon The finca is located in a Zapoteca Community, located inside of forest of Juarez mountain rage. The land is covered by pines and oaks. We belong to La Lagunilla, an organization of growers from Ixhuatlan de Juarez region. When in 2003 the coffee prices were very low, many people abandoned this land, but only 84 decided to stay and 45, women and men, founded La Lagunilla community. We have NOP certication by Mayacert We feel very proud and satisfied to see how our work from many years is reflected in this prize. We will continue this effort in order to see continued success.
