We would like to tell you how we lived this process called Cup of Excellence since the moment we submit our coffee sample. We felt great fear since it was our first year participating and milling our own coffee. We are very proud of the work we have done and of our region, since our coffee is among 24 other amazing coffees.
We have put great dedication and care since the picking of the cherry at it ripest state and on the milling process, classifying and drying on African beds and patios.
We were very persistence, working all of our coffees from all of our farms with the same care and dedication and that gave as a result having both of our lots as finalists. We are proud to have succeeded and having the coffees in the final auction on our first year as millers. I would like to thank my family that has stood by me in every step of this process.
The farm is named La Vuelta because a road surrounds it.
