About the farm:
The farm Tierra Linda Cafe San Antonio is located in the municipality of Mozonte, Department of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua . The farm has crystal water springs. Im the owner of the farm since 2002. The total area of my farm is 60 MZ, out of which 22 MZ are with coffee plants. Last year the total amount of production was 800 qq. We have catuai variety and citric trees.

What is the secret of your success?
The secret is in the proper management of the coffee plantation, to clean it, to pick the coffee only in the right moment, a good wet mill management and a fast transportation of the coffee to the dry mill.
How do you feel being a winner of the Cup of Excellence Nicaragua 2010?
I am really excited for that. This is the third time that Im a finalist. This is an award to the quality of the coffee that we produced here. Her experience in the Cup of Excellence: The Cup of Excellence is a great event that gives the opportunity to sell better our coffee.
