Overview:
This region known as “coffee´s gold belt” has been recognized for many years by truly coffee cuppers. Historically, Apaneca - Ilamatepec is recognized as the first place known where coffee has been produced.
The farm San Francisco is located in the western of our country, in Buenos Aires canton (village), at Chalchuapa´s municipality of Santa Ana´s department in El Salvador , this farm is a family heritage with about forty years of tradition, is over 1400masl, the farm is characterized by the Bourbón coffee production.
Their characteristics are: a very compact texture, heavy, good color, a closed groove and irregular form. It’s an excellent qualities cup very pronounced and a persistent aroma.
With a 5.64 hectares extension, which produces about 150qq, the treatment process is realized by the Cuzca-Chapa cooperative same one that we are founding partners. In the treatment is used organic fertilizer as the ways of use the less chemical components as possible, for cultivate the coffee in the most natural way.
