History
I am the son of a coffee producer, so I grew up between the coffee trees. Thanks to the coffee I had the chance to go to the shool and get some education. I moved to Bogota looking for a better quality of life, but after several years I decided to go back to the village where I grew up and I bought the farm I have now. Ive been married twice and I have 1 daughter from my first marriage and 2 boys from the second one.
Environmental Care
As my farm is Rainforest Alliance and Organic Certified, I simply can not contaminate, nor destroy the fauna or flora of the farm. I take special care of the natural sources of water, and I recycle all the wastes from the house and from the wet milling process of the coffee.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling process is done under the ecological system, using the desmucilaginador. The fermentation takes no less than 12 hours and the drying process is done in the patio.
