This coffee washing station was built in 2013 and privately owned. It has openned doors for the first time in March 2014. The first action done after its installation was to train the staff on how to produce quality ie handpicking the cherries and floating them as well as on traceability. Our aim is to produce good quality coffee. As our coffee producers are in a good altitude with good soil for production, we train them on best agriculture practices. We have committed our serlves to offer incentives to farmers who select their cherries and bring them to wet mill. We will help coffe framers to replace old coffee trees by giving them seedlings. By doing this we think we will change coffee farmers livelhoods.
