History
Leonel is a small grower. He has been dedicated to the coffee activity for more than 20 years. 5 years ago he bought his farm which he called El Vesubio. His life goes around his family and the coffee. He also produce in his farm the meals for the daily consumption for the family.
Environmental Care
In this farm, the coffee is produced in harmony with a protected environment. He doesnt apply chemical products, and the water managing is one of the priorities. He has been growing native trees in the limits of his farm as a natural border. These trees provide the perfect environment for the birds that every morning provide the perfect music while the family is doing the daily labors.
Coffee Processing Information
Leonel only picks the red cherries and the depulping is done the same day with an adequate use of the fresh water. The fermentation takes place all the night and the washing is done the next morning. Drying process is done in patios.
