The farm called “AGUA AZUL” (BLUE WATER), is located in La Palma, in the town of Pachapiriana, more than 2000 meters above sea level. Four years ago, I bought this plot for an offer that was very economical due to the height and distance of the road, and because of the need to give a good future to the family, I opted to sow in this plot without thinking that I could obtain good coffee. Today the farm has been producing for four consecutive years in which two years ago I discovered that i could obtain a good cup, which is why I applied some new techniques and / or processes to improve a little more the cup and participate in the contest of the III Cup of Excellence PERU 2019.
