Coffee grower for tradition, Oscar lives with his wife, son and grandmother in his farm. Since he produces specialty coffee he learned to treat coffee as food and care about the hygiene and innocuity in every step of the process. Oscar grows Caturra as he considers it a very productive variety that brings a great cup profile. On the other hand, climate change and high production costs has been what makes coffee production a difficult task. He expects to keep improving his processing methods and implement a water filter system in his farm.
