What is the secret of your success?
The secret is in the quality of the coffee that we produce here due to the location and the microclimate that is ideal for this crop. A good management, good agricultural practices, and especially good wet mill and the dry milling that provide the mill Las Segovias. All this are great efforts that allow us to take part in the Cup of Excellence competition.
How do you feel being a winner of the Cup of Excellence Nicaragua 2010?
I feel really happy to have won this rank in the Cup of excellence competition. Now we can improve our plantation and the infrastructure of the wet mill.
His experience in the Cup of Excellence:
The Cup of Excellence is of benefit to a lot of coffee producers as well as to the society in general since the producer can invest more and generate more jobs. This competition motivates and can improve the quality of our coffee.
