My family is composed by my wife, four sons and one daughter. All the maintenance activities are made for me and my four sons. For picking help us my wife and my daughter.

The farm has 20% shade and is composed by guama and some fruit species as banana, avocado, plum and peach.
What is the secret for winning this competition (describe the preparation process of the competing lot)?
I worked with many COE winners in the past, I learned with them how prepare the coffee to obtain a good one. I applied all the knowledge during the preparation of my lot for COE.
I’m very happy and satisfied for be a winner. In my opinion COE help the origin countries to increase the demand for the Honduran coffee, sometimes the event make a change in the appreciation or perception of a specific coffee. Is a great opportunity to know and establish direct business with roasters and we can do high efforts to guarantee the origin and quality of the product.
