Mrs. Lucinda is a 70 years old woman, who started to produce coffee more than 30 years ago. Her parents were producers, but she began in the business, working next to her husband Mr. Victor Manuel Sánchez who is an important actor in the story, because she and their daughters received all his knowledge about how to plant, and he also transmit to them his love for coffee. In that time they sold the coffee as conventional through an export company called COMARCA. After he passed away, this wonderful women
had the vision to prepare her coffee as special. Since 2002 she and her daughter Dunia Sanchez, are working together to improve the quality of their coffee and currently they have a small mill where they are able to care every grain as a baby. Mrs. Lucinda is strong and very kind, she is definitely an example of perseverance.
