The Farm History
Located between mountains and valleys, São José farm is a family based farm that comes from a few generations. We respect the natural environmen and springs and work to preserve them.
For the past few years, we have focused on quality - increasing our competitive edge and price level.
Processing system
All processing is manual and selective, from the tree to the patio, where we turn our beans around in every 30 minutes, at least. After a few days, when the fruits reach the ripest point, we put it into the dryer machine until it gets to 11.5%
Then we prepare all the different lots (screening) at the farm before sending to the coop, where it will be milled before shipped.
Quality facts:
Always looking for the coffee quality, we follow COCARIVE’s orientation and support from their agronomic engineers to help on our farm sustainability.
