Fredy comes from a coffee growing family. His parents began growing coffee in the 1980's, and he learned from them to only grow the best quality. He selects the best coffees, keeping each lot separated, each being sampled and cupped . He keeps the best hygienic conditions of his processes. His coffees are certified organic.
