The farm is located in the city of Carmo de Minas, in the Mantiqueira de Minas Geographical Indication micro-region, with co ee crops ranging from 1100 to 1300 meters of elevation. The predominant varieties are Yellow Bourbón, Yellow Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí and Acaiá.
They decided to continue investing in coffee production, being the 4th generation on this specialty coffee path in Carmo de Minas.
They are constantly modernizing and perfecting planting, harvesting and, mainly, post-harvest techniques, that is, they are totally focused on producing high-quality micro-lots of natural and pulped natural coffees.
In 2013, Sítio São Francisco de Assis was the champion of the 14th Cup of Excellence – Early Harvest with a score of 92.09.
