Overview
This farm is owned by Maria Auxiliadora Bonilla Solis who is also co-owner of the Don Mayo Mill. She bought these 3 hectares of land, 6 years ago, and it has the special feature that it is set on the bottom of the Cerro La Cruz and is surrounded by secondary mountains. It is located at Canet de Tarrazu and half of the farm has been dedicated to the conservation of the Encino tree. It is 1850 meters above sea level and the variety grown is caturra. This coffee was harvest at it ripest phase; milling process mechanical washed with a Penagos desmulcinage and 100% sun dried maintaining its trasability by the Don Mayo Mill.
