Our farm its located in La Palma Chalatenango, at the northern side of our country. The coffee growing area is 1.75 ha, 100% Pacamara variety, and the high is 1,400 meters above sea level.
We have been working for four years; so, this is a very young farm and quite promising. We are so proud of our harvest because every year we try to improve our practices and coffee growing techniques.
San Nicolás B is a shade grown coffee farm. There´re a lot of trees among the coffee growing, for instance: Guachipilín, Roble, Guayabo and Pepeto.
Most of the time, depulping coffee process takes place at the afternoon; then, it keeps twelve hours fermenting. The next day parchment coffee is washed and finally is dried. San Nicolás B farm produces 25.7 quintals gold bean by ha annually.
