Overview
Mr. Carlos bought Agricola San Juanillo Farm on 1992. Since then, as all gourmet and coffee lover, he has worked this land to his style, turning it into an exquisite coffee grown paradise. With the support of his family, Mr. Carlos has taken care and maintained the state neatly, crop after crop, under the best quality and sustainability standards. Nowadays, he considers his farm as an important part of his life. Agricultural engineer by profession, he is also an excellent chef.
