Farm History
Sítio Brejinho has a century-old tradition in coffee culture. It is located in a privileged micro region, with great clime and altitude which is called Serra da Mantiqueira.
For over 10 years, we have focused on our production quality, looking to improve our product and compete in the market. Our coffee is produced with respect to the nature, where wild trees and water springs are preserved. We also make sure that the farm workers receive complete attention to their needs and well-being.
These are thing that make our coffee excellent.
Processing System
We harvest manually and in a selective way - looking to pick only ripe cherries. The farm has all infrastructures to process coffee. After separating, the coffees are spread out on a concrete patio to be dried. Care and attention can guarantee the quality of the product.
The quality control and evaluation is made at COCARIVE Coop, where they have structure and professional cuppers for it.
Quality Facts
Always looking for quality in our coffee, we are often participating in courses, speeches, visits in other events to obtain more knowledge on coffee culture. Also, we count with technical help from COCARIVE coop, to give us total support to produce high quality coffee.
