At the shores of lake Amatitlan, in the South the farm if located next to Santa Elena Barillas County, Villa Canales Municipality and Volcan Pacaya, 5 Km away from the farm. The farm cultivates 80 Hectares of coffee and provides around 1 Hectare to each worker living in the farm to cultivate corn, tomatoes and any other product for their own consumption. Annually, the farm donates money to Mesias Bajas town, to improve their school, church or anything else they need. They also contribute with transport for the teachers that work in the school. The farm utilizes around 24 tramps per Hectare to prevent Broca. Aware of the importance of utilizing clean production techniques to preserve the environment, the farm uses organic fertilizers for the soil and coffee trees.
