Histroy Fazenda Pedra do Sino, Jose Roberto Vidigal Santanas property, is located in a land that has extremely rich soil in organic matter, with dry and mild temperate climate, at an altitude of 1050 to 1320 meters. Thirty percent of its area is dedicated to natural preservation, where there are two waterfalls and numerous springs and water sources that are carefully maintained to preserve the environment and its natural beauty. Coffee processing system
Coffee is picked manually and selectively, with high quality yield, obtaining up to 65% in pulped cherry beans. Suspended terraces are used until the time the beans are ready to be processed. Concern with quality The owner receives technical assistance from EMATER, a government body that sends an Agronomist specialized in organic coffee to monitor and provide advice on coffee growing.
