History
I started as a coffee producer since I was a child. My mother was a coffee grower as well. All this time, I have been teaching my wife and oldest daughters all the experience I have, so they can keep the tradition as coffee growers as well. My main goal in the farm is to produce a coffee with excellent quality. Daily, I work very hard to preserve the quality of my coffee with an adequate managing of the resources of the farm.
Environmental Care
I do an integral management of the organics wastes, I use those for the feeding of domestic animals in the farm and also for preparation of organic fertilizers. I dont burn, nor hunt, nor cut the native trees in the farm.
Coffee Processing Information
The fertilization process, pest control, and beans picking is done by hand. The Broca control is entirely cultural. He is replacing the old trees with new ones. The wet milling is done in the traditional way. I only use clean water for the washing.
