Histroy The property is located at an altitude of 1200 meters, at the rim of the Pedra Branca Mountain Range, which the municipality is named after. All the higher part of the property is covered by forest, and is visited by tourists of many regions.
Coffee processing system
Coffee was picked by the producer with the help of his children, and transferred to the terrace on that same day, where it was washed and pulped. His wife was responsible for drying the coffee, and with great care she turned the beans every thirty minutes. Samples were prepared by the local government Agronomist, and cups were tasted by a COCARIVE cupper. Concern with quality All the recommendations of the Pedralva local government Agronomist, who provides assistance free of charge, were strictly followed, from planting the coffee trees to harvesting.
