Job Neel worked with his family growing rice, corn and coffee until 1998, when he traveled to the Bahamas to work, returning the next year ; He bought 22 acres of land (mostly forest conservation areas) and began growing some coffee. In 2001 he travelled to the United States to work, spending there 7 years, while his father was in charge of the farm. In 2008 Job Neel and his wife returned home and began working hard on the coffee farm.
“El Nacimiento#1” is located in Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, at an altitude of 1650 masl. The varieties he grows are IHCAFE-90, Borbon, Pacas, Parainema and L28. In the farm they grow trees (Gravilea, Guama, Pino and Gualiqueme) for shadow. Their technique is collecting only red cherries, and making sure that the whole process are being well done, and they process in fermentation tanks.
Their goals is having specialty coffee to maintain a good economic level for the fund collection and the quality in the coffee farm.
