The property has been in possession of our family for three generations: The first generation at the beginning of the last century used to graze cattle during the summer, and the second generation planted small plots of corn, beans, tomato, potato, onion, garlic and fruit (orange, banana, avocado, peach) and as an alternative crop variety coffee Arabica, whose production was exclusively for family consumption. In 1995 and 1996 I developed two plant nurseries: one of 10.000 plants of Bourbón variety and another of 7.000 plants of Pacamara variety that were planted in an area of 3.5 hectares with a production of 40 quintals of Pacamara and 60 quintals of Bourbón. Actually is currently growing a new area with Pacamara variety.
