Buf Coffee washing stations are run by Epiphanie MUKASHYAKA (in the above photo) a dynamic woman and a source of inspiration for many other women investors in Rwandan coffee sector with 2 CWS both located in Nyamagabe District, Southern Province. BUF REMERA is located in Remera Sector, and has started in 2003. It has been working with farmers living in Remera and Kibirizi sector where most of the supplied cherries come from, they are mainly grouped into KOTEKANYA, IBEKAKIMU, IMBATURABUKUNGU and REGIO MARIA cooperatives that account for around 4,000 farmers with small lands.
