Rosa started the coffee farm 30 years ago with one plot of land and pulpers, over the years he has grown and improved the processes. El Roblar farm is located in La Peñita community in the municipality of Sebastian, Department of Comayagua. At an altitude of 1550 meters above sea level and is located 20 km from the La Paz city, producing coffee for 30 years. His father taught him to produce coffee, that allowed Rosa Dimas to build his house and give education to his children and buy a little truck for his work. He fertilizes twice a year, following the Chemical Laboratory of IHCAFE recommendations. His secret is collecting only ripe cherries, and milling the same day and finally use solar driers to dry the coffee avoiding contaminate the coffee. Cup of Excellence is a motivation to keep us producing coffee, because is a good way to sell my coffee at a good price.
