Coffee producer 40 years ago, third generation of coffee producers in his family. For 8 years Jesus has been producing specialty coffees, little by little he realised about the quality of his coffee and started to understand through constant training what was to produce a better coffee. The biggest challenge of producing high quality coffees is taking care and control every step of the process.
He grows Caturra, pink bourbon, castillo and Colombia F6, he plans to keep these varieties and improve the processing methods. Additionally, Jesus plans to grow more trees and reforest his farm in the future.
