The farm dates from the year 1908 in the production of coffee, and the particular lot that to participated is from an area inside the plantation called EL CERRO, which held its harvest as it is traditional to cut at the peak of maturity to achieve their highest expressions organoleptic and quality characteristics, it is the highest area of 1400 m the farm, as it demonstrates the quality of grain produced and the standard by which the production unfolds. The expectations now are to continue the standards and encourage participation in future events to raise awareness of the quality that is harvested on our farm.
Villa property of Mario Ernesto Acosta Oertel represents the fourth generation of the family which is completely involved in the process of production of the farm.
Coffee grown on farms with a history of producing good coffee for over 100 years, we, we are located in one of the most privileged areas of El Salvador , which produces quality coffee, we are in the range Apaneca-Ilamatepec, declared biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Our production is located in the municipality of Apaneca in the Department of Ahuachapan at an altitude ranging 1300 to 1450 metters above sea level.
