Edgar submitted his coffee for the first time, this was an opportunity that he didn’t expect, however he gave it a try. He explains that the technical support and constant training have been crucial to be consistent with the quality. He’s been producing coffee for 10 years and although his family work in other fields, he gets constant support from them. Edgar is interested in growing other varieties in order to increase the offer, he also expects to compete again next year and achieve a better place.
