San Francisco Dipilto, Nueva Segovia I bought my land 2 years ago and it was in poor condition. I am also the owner of another farm which was inherited by my parents and it is the one where all my siblings were brought up. The coffee harvest begins in January and ends in March, the water that is used from a spring within the farm. Natural shade is provided by musacas, ingas and erytrina trees. Fertilization is organic and some chemical. Due to the economic crisis he has diminished the amount of employees that pick the coffee.
