Overview
I inherited the farm from my father, Jose Ramon Miranda and when I took it, there were old coffee plants. With the time, we renew it, working on soil preservation, protecting the forest. I have owned the farm for over 20 years. This is the second generation in charge of the farm. I think our secret for winning in this competition is in the good wet milling process, giving the coffee a good fermentation point. I feel very satisfied because my work in the farm has given results. It is an honor to represent Cooperative 15 de Septiembre and I thank Prodecoop that through its technicians and continuous assessment, and traceability handling to maintain quality of this rich and delicious coffee we produce.
