San Ramon Dipilto, Nueva Segovia I started with a small piece of land, with time and dedication I have managed to buy land from my neighbours, at the beginning I worked more with cattle, with time I learned to love coffee. I harvest my crop from October to January, in order to ensure quality coffee we avoid picking Green coffee, plant a lot of trees for shade and paying special attention to the fermentation process.
