DABOV Specialty Coffee is a family-owned roastery established 10 years ago. They have a strong dedication to improving the lives of everyone touched by coffee – from the farmers to the customers. They want to celebrate every day with at least one cup of specialty coffee.

Currently, as a wholesale company Dabov supplies more than a hundred cafes and restaurants in Bulgaria and fifty European countries. They have franchise locations and distributors in Czech Republic, Spain, Romania, the UK, Belgium and Macedonia (their newest location). They also have a barista training center and café where they host demonstrations, cupping sessions and serve wonderful coffee.

Dabov has been an ACE member since 2012. Jordan Dabov says, “COE has given us the opportunity to meet the best coffee producers in the world today.
