The name El Beneficio was given to this farm because the mill where we process the coffee from all our farms and others is located in it. Brumas del Zurquí is a company with a history of 4 generations and farms that have been inherited from generation to generation. We have evolved over the years; today we have the micro mill with its __wet and dry mill processes. We also have the respective patios for sun drying as well as African beds, this in order to improve year after year on the issue of quality and process.
The farm El Beneficio is where my grandparents used to live in past years, so it is a property that today I care to keep in top condition considering the sentimental value it represents for my family. This is one of our greatest treasures.
