History
I come from the Village Charguayaco, I still live in my fathers farm which is one of the oldest farms in the area. My father helped me when I began my first coffee lot. I got married 29 years ago with Maria Mercedes, and we have 4 daughters: Cielo, Edilma, Stella and Liliana. I am a member of the Associative Group COOMAGRO. We Rainforest Alliance Certified producers.
Environmental Care
Following the policies from Rainforest Alliance, I have adapted and improved the gravers for the processing of the pulp. I also have a tank for the treatment of the residual waters from the wet milling process and a septic tank for the served waters.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling is done in the farm with a septic tank for the wastes, all the coffee is washed using clean and fresh water and the drying process is done by sun exposure in patios.
