Located in the town of La Trinidad of San Isidro of León Cortés at 1600 m.a.s.l, this place is in the heart of the Los Santos region, where coffee plantations are protected by the shadows of the bushes and native plants. The farm was purchased in 1996. Since then, the maintenance of the plantation and milling process is run by our family, and the harvest, which runs from December to February, is in charge of indigenous Ngäbe Buglé from Panama.
It is a custom among the locals to share pleasant meetings and festivities dedicated to the patron saints of each place, as well as sharing a daily greeting between the neighbors, taking into consideration that everyone here knows each other, either because they are relatives or friends.
For your enjoyment we have developed an exquisite Catuai red honey; 100% honey processed in the mill of the Lía de Tarrazú. This is the second time that this farm is a finalist in the electronic auction. Thanks to the effort and research of different processes and different varieties, we can reach this variety of cup profiles to satisfy the most demanding tastes of our customers.
