Paulo Roberto produced a beautiful coffee in an amazing farm with the best landscape in Las Flores, Santa Barbara. Sorrounded by a high coffee park, Miraflores is the No. 6 winning farm of CoE Honduras 2014. His owner Mr. Roberto is a humble and shy man, who works hard day by day in order to be the best. For many years he was trying to participate in the competition but quality wasn't enough good, so he went through a period of trial and error, that he found the formula to get the required score. But, What did he do?: He separated the coffee by high, because the farms topography has significant levels of inclnation. He said: I'm very proud to have reached this place in CoE, Its a motivation to be a better producer no matter what, if we want to improve our status and get the recognition of the market "It's all about quality".
