Hi I'm Franklin from Sta. Barbara, my main motivation is my father who was producing coffee since I was a Kid, he taught me all I know about coffee. For our family, coffee cultivation goes back to my grandfather, I'm the 3rd generation of coffee producers, and I´m so proud about it. We have a small but complete wet and dry mill where we are able to do by ourselves the process. First of all we select only the ripest cherry in order to ensure a good and sweet taste, then coffee is depulped, washed and fermented into ceramic tiles. Coffee is dried on solar driers and then is transported to San Vicente where it is cupped and prepared before export.
For us coffee means tradition, family, hard work, even sacrifices, but when we know that someone is enjoying a cup of our coffee, our work is rewarded. I invite you to know us and enjoy our delicious coffee.
