Don Daniel is a special farmer from Santa Barbara, who has been producing coffee since 1962, he used to cultivate Typica but in 1990 he changed his farm to red catuaí. The production of his farm has been sold as specialty coffee. He works with family and together they have installed a small wet and dry mill which
help him to improve the quality of his coffee. The pre dried is in patios, and then the beans are spread on solar dryers until they reach 12% of humidity. After the process on the farm, coffee is carrying to an export company, where they do regular cupping sessions, until exporting. (in order to ensure the quality of coffee)
