The farm has belonged to the family for many years. It has been passed from generation to generation; nowadays is worked entirely by the family which is responsible for taking care of all the necessary work, except harvesting because of lack of time is not possible. People of the community do the harvesting and with this labor they are encouraged.
We started in the milling process four years ago. The farm has been worked with special treatment in order to increase the quality of our coffee. The whole development of the coffee bean is personalized and detailed depending on the specific process that will be performed to the different lots produced. All the family members are responsible of one stage of the process regarding their experience and knowledge.
