Located in Patrocínio city, in Cerrado de Minas Region, in a volcanic soil area, which brings very exotic flavor characteristics. We are diversifying varieties with the goal of finding better tastes with different flavors that come because of clime and soil: floral, citric, fruity and chocolaty.
We constantly are searching for quality - creating farm structures and improving agronomical practices. We put together technology and natural care - working to achieve quality while always respecting social and labor laws.
We have our trademark called Delarisse Original Volcano Coffees. Today we export to many different countries including Australia, Japan, USA, Canada and also some coffee shops in Brazil.
We do two types of processing in our farm: natural and pulped natural.
Most part of the harvesting is made mechanically and right after we do the washing, separating the greens and ripe cherries. When only drying by the sun, we get a slow, uniform drying allowing the coffee to preserve the best characteristics.
After dried, all of our lots are rested separately according to their respective qualities.
Quality is without doubt our main focus: producing specialty coffees for 11 years and always improving our techniques. We give our employees specific training to give us the opportunity to produce the highest quality coffees.
