Farm Story:
The name of the farm is due to a tree called the Shimir that exists in the limit of his farm. Began as a coffee grower at the age of 30. His first coffee facilities were made with 1000 coffee plants and each year they increased the plantation. The Shimir farm has several varieties of coffee such as caturras, paches, Typicas and catimores and currently, the farm has technical support which allows them to work with technology obtaining a special cup quality.
