I am from San Marcos of Tarrazú, a mainly coffee region where 90% of its population is dedicated to this activity and it is recognized worldwide for its high quality.

I inherit this farm from my father Don Álvaro Solís, which gives it a great sentimental value. I remember a beautiful childhood here, I have great memories that connect the past with the present since in this place I was born and raised, and now we have our own mill the DON MAYO COFFEE MILL. We also now have a little house here that we use during the harvest and that I called the cabin of my dreams.

My life started here and this place will bring my future and the future of my family following the coffee tradition and offering our clients the best of our work and the effort of my life, be sue that when you have a cup of coffee from us ypou are savoring a great history that I am now sharing with you.

This farm has the name EL BENEFICIO (The Mill) because the Don Mayo Coffee Mill is set on it. It is located at 1650 m.a.s.l, and the process for this coffee was semi-washed and 100% sun dried on African beds.
